1.Technical support
Documentation of existing product architecture an d platform
Support to acquisition team for customer’s technical requirements, analysis an d feasibility study
Clarification with HQ in case of new platform, new technologies needed for acquisition
2.Requirements development
Identification of Requirement Stakeholders
Identification an d Distribution of all requirements
Managing the team for Requirements Analysis
Organization an d participation in the documentation of the Requirements in the PS
3.Requirements management
Definition of the structure of the Requirements Documents
Definition of Tracing Concept, Metrics an d Change Process of the Requirements
Monitoring of the Requirements Traceability
Managing the changes of requirements
Ensure that the communication with the customer follows the agreed processes
4.Product architecture development
Developing a technical concept for the product based on the given requirements
Ensure the technical feasibility of the solution
Ensure the compliance with legal an d internal requirements
Coordinating the interfaces between SW-, HW- an d ME-development
Responsible for the documentation related to system architecture
Product integration
Development of PI-Plan
Agreement of the release planning together with the customer an d project manager
Coordination of the model shop an d production for the assembly of the product samples
Definition of the integration strategy an d the acceptance criteria together with the PM an d SPMs
5.Technical coordination of the product integration with the included groups
Ensure that the part lists, the discipline components an d dataset versions are correctly released
Check an d distribution of produced samples to the customer an d internal users

Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree Ｏr above, with major in Automotive Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, SW Engineering Ｏr equivalent
2.Over five years experience in product development, an d preferably over 3 years in automotive development
3.Excellent interpersonal communication skills
4.Very good command of oral an d written English
5.Strong leadership an d team work spirit
