Target Costing
1.Calculate project profitability based on customer specific requirements as basis for customer quotation.
2.Develop Sales price strategy in cooperation with Business Unit Sales an d Management
3.Track customer project profitability from quotation to start of production
4.Support the organization with transparent project financials to reach
profitability targets
5.Provide an d align price / cost break downs according to the
customer group’s business history
6.Be responsible for internal reporting of target costs an d quote prices in
the context of budget an d strategic planning, business cases and
capital requests
7.Provide miscellaneous financial analysis （make Ｏr buy,
benchmarking, variance comparisons）
8.Other miscellaneous duties / special projects as required
Program controlling
1.Evaluate the cost impacts for design change with Engineering
2.Define material cost targets for purchasing
3.Work with Operations on production targets for HC cycle time,
investment, etc
4.Prepare Cost input sheet for PCIS preparation
5.Define production cost targets using the Plant Cost Structure
6.Leading Cost Reduction Process（CRP）
7.Support Product Cost Optimization（DTC, Value Analysis） workshop
