Qualification required:
Requirements:


1. Bachelor degree in engineering Ｏr related subject
2. At least five years working experience in Automotive Tier-1 Ｏr OEM Environment
3. Working knowledge of various commodities
4. Experience in managing medium sized teams, judge an d review performance of employees
5. Experience in APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA （Process an d control plan）
6. Experience with Supplier Development is required, Six Sigma training is desired
7. High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
8. Knowledge of advanced product quality planning, inspection equipment an d techniques.
9. Rich experience in SQM; Supplier Assessment; Process Audit; Open issues follow up.
10. Comprehension of various quality tools （Problem solving, Pareto, 8D.）
11. Know how of customer request （Daimler/BMW/VW/GM etc.）
12. Project management experience （resource planning; timing planning, cost planning）
13. Knowledge of Microsoft Office with special focus on Excel an d Power Point
14. Team work spirit.
Task:
1. Supervising the Performance of the engineers in the team. Also recruiting, inducting, coaching, an d managing the engineers.
2. Project an d Employee assignment planning an d follow up.
3. Ensure customer satisfaction in various projects.
4. Employee performance review.
5. Support Key AcＣount Manager for customer management.
6. Other tasks assigned by line manager.
