1.Responsible for all the quality related working management，include QE group an d quality analysis team
2.Arrange quality working short an d long term plan;Responsible for recruiting, training an d management of quality staff;Responsible for the quality planning an d quality analysis group staff planning an d coordination;Evaluate performance of each team regularly
3.Report to customer about the quality issues, improvement an d the quality problems;Report to plant management about the quality situation which include the big incident escalation an d daily quality performance report
4.Define the internal quality target for each project;Check an d track the 0km, field an d FPY performance;QRC cost improvement
5.Leading the quality job systematic improvement including on site quality management improvement an d customer satisfaction enhancement
Required:
1.Bachelor degree Ｏr higher in Engineering Ｏr Electrics, Ｏr equivalent
2.7-8 years of working experiences in the related field;Experience in manufacturing / production necessary
3.Electronics, automotive industry
